Consumer dispute resolution
Enclessa is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB. No contract is concluded with consumers, and registration requires confirmation of business status.
The provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (§ 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG).
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is given.
Liability for content
As a service provider, the provider is responsible for its own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, the provider is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only arises from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known; such content is removed immediately upon becoming aware of it.
